Deploy 12, a digital consultancy, provides full end to end project and programme delivery services, seamlessly integrating its consultants into an existing workforce to build a powerful team able to deliver programmes for change . JPH support the Huddl executive with business development and sales strategy, coaching and customer relationship management.

Team17 Group Plc is a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent premium video games. As a retained consultant to the publishing division, JPH are responsible for Team 17's new business portfolio including content licensing, brand licensing, new technology and platforms, new business partnerships and emerging markets.
BGL Group (Compare The Market)
JPH was retained by BGL to support and advise the digital team in the development of a strategic project, introducing new technologies and partnerships with the objective of increasing user engagement and brand bonding via mobile device. We provided strategic planning and proposal development, RFP development, tender management and selection, Prototype mobile app development.
Beard Envy Studios
Advisory Role.
Beard Envy were a team of graduates working on their first game, an indie, sci-fi puzzler, called Filament. The team were looking for a partner to provide financial and publishing services . JPH offered advice and support, introduced the game to a range of suitable publishing partners, eventually signing with Kasedo Games. Kasedo launched the game on Steam in 2020 and sales to date are an estimated 124,000 copies.
CiiNow
CiiNOW was an early stage, US based, business with a technology that enabled streaming from cloud to PC, mobile, tablets and Set Top Boxes. CiiNow’s objective as a B2B service provider is to make the streaming of games ubiquitous across a partner’s subscribers, devices and access technologies. JPH was retained by CiiNow to develop strategic partnerships in Northern Europe across a number of key vertical markets, including retail, telecoms, broadband service providers, TV and media businesses. JPH provided EMEA Market analysis, business development, Content licensing, Telco and Retail Partnership Development and Relationship Management.
Code Wizards
Code Wizards is a boutique, game development services business specialising in integration and backend services across web, gaming platforms and mobile (and occasionally they fix games for their partners). As an advisor and consultant, JPH are supporting the business development function, helping to build a new business pipeline through increased client engagement.
Game Sessions
Gamesessions, an early stage, venture backed business offering a unique technology for the digital delivery, trial and discovery of PC games required a commercial lead to develop relationships with suppliers, distribution and marketing partners. After building the profile of the business across the sector and developing a much improved proposition, in the context of a changing market, the business pivoted it’s strategy, raised additional funding and shifted towards a subscription based business model. JPH managed content licensing, strategic partnerships, digital distribution business modelling and user growth.
Game Group PLC
JPH was engaged to work with digital and marketing teams on a range of assignments to support the business as it re-positions itself for a more digitally focused future, exploring new technology and content partnerships and developing a strategy for multi-channel content delivery and user engagement. Services included Content Marketing Strategy Creation and delivery, RFP development, Tender Management, Vendor Selection, Roll out of Digital Signage and Content Management Solution.
Green Man Gaming
GMG is a VC backed, e-commerce business focused on gaming and digital content. JPH worked with the founder and board members, focusing on the development of a 3 year strategic plan to build a multi-channel, innovative, digital retailer. Subsequently invited to join the business as Interim Commercial Director to assist the trading and marketing functions, build the e-commerce proposition, content licensing function and strategic partnerships, Managing product procurement, supplier relations, trading and campaign management, team and people management and development.
SnakeByte
A lesser known German gaming peripherals business, Snakebyte were looking to extend their offer to include private label products in the UK and across Europe. Working with a range of partners and a leading specialist retailer, we extended the range of Snakebyte produced products in retail and increased sales volumes significantly as part of the private label range.
Wizdish Lmited

Working with the team at an early stage, part of Virgin Techstars incubator programme, the WizDish team had developed the ROVR VR locomotion platform, since used by major Brands and more than 15,000 people and hailed as a clever application of neuroscience to VR locomotion in Immersive Worlds. We worked with the founder and CEO, in an advisory capacity, to assist with market analysis, brand and product positioning and commercialisation of the device.
