Paul Howes - Senior Consultant
Paul is a strategic, business development professional with broad commercial experience developed across a number of markets, notably in the home entertainment, digital services and gaming technology sectors. A specialist in the video gaming sector, he has many years of experience developing and managing strategic relationships and delivering new technology led business opportunities.

Personally, and professionally, Paul has lived through the evolution of physical and digital media delivery. In his early career he was closely involved in the launch of Sony’s mini-disc, the shift from video to DVD , and joined the games industry around the launch of Playstation. He’s been deeply involved in the evolution of physical to digital gaming, working for both early stage digital download and streaming technology providers, and involved in numerous digital transformation projects in both B2B and B2C environments.

Latterly, he has worked in gaming services, building new business across the EMEA region for PTW International and, as the sector begins to embrace Web 3.0 and the evolution of Metaverse, Improbable Worlds.

As advisor and consultant, he has also worked closely with a Virtual Reality start-up, dedicated to improving locomotion in VR, a streaming middleware start-up, changing the way we access games and a gaming technology start-up, changing the way we discover games.
His specialties include: General management, strategy, partnership development, business development, digital product development, content & brand licensing, digital marketing and proposition development.

Jo brings more than 20 years’ experience working within the Financial Services market and has worked for organisations delivering technology based business solutions during this time. Jo has spent the past 11 years working in Fintech businesses.
Jo has worked for a variety of different organisations including start-ups and multi-national corporates with a focus on specialist digital providers offering multi-channel, multi-product, multi-device solutions to financial and retail verticals.
She is a strategic, business development professional with broad commercial experience focused in the financial services sector and a specialist in digital technology.
Jo has also been a key note speaker at several International events in recent years and has a passion for consultative selling practices and processes.
Initially a graduate trainee at IBM, Jo's career has since spanned a range of telecommunication, digital and financial technology businesses. Acting as Business Development Director, Commercial Director or Sales Director, Jo can advise on all aspects of sales strategy, sales management, sales training, B2B marketing and digital transformation.
